SHIPPING

We offer complimentary FedEx overnight insured shipping anywhere within the United States and Canada except Quebec for in stock items. Items that need to be produced are about 4-6 weeks for delivery. Once you have placed your order the team will email you the expected ship date. If you have specific questions on delivery, please call our Diamond Stylist at 1-877-737-3328, chat with us, or email at DiamondStylist@heartsonfire.com. We require the signature of an individual over 21 years old upon delivery. 

 

For your convenience, we will ship online orders under $10,000 to an alternative address within the United States and Canada except Quebec. You may enter your shipping address during checkout.

 

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship online orders to P.O. boxes. 

 

Our shipping cut-off time is 4 pm EST Monday to Friday except holidays. If your ordered product is in stock and you complete your purchase online by 4 pm EST, we will ship your order for delivery the next business day.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope your experience and purchase have exceeded your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return for a full refund within 30 days with complimentary shipping both ways within the USA. We cannot accept returns after 30 days from delivery. We will offer a full refund for the following jewelry returned with proof of purchase within 30 days of the delivery date and in like-new condition:

  • Earrings, necklaces and bracelets
  • Rings (including engagement rings) in women’s finger sizes from 4 – 8 and men’s finger sizes from 8 – 11. Rings (including engagement rings) in other sizes must be special ordered. Although we cannot offer a refund for these rings, we will work with you to have the ring resized to fit appropriately.  

Please note if an item is purchased with a Shopping Promo Code at the point of checkout, the sale is final and cannot be exchanged or returned. All Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned either.

Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was purchased, and include proof of purchase.


Please call our Diamond Stylist at 1-877-737-3328, chat with us, or email at diamondstylist@heartsonfire.com to request that return materials be sent to you. Once you receive the return materials, please package the item within the return materials and drop off at your local FedEx facility for shipment. Once the return item is received and verified in our office, your refund will be processed. It may take 3-5 business days for the credit to show on your account. 


For international returns please contact the Diamond Stylist for the return authorization number and return address for shipment. As we are unable to create the shipping documents for an international return, your return order with all documents provided with shipment should be taken to a FedEx location to create the commercial invoice and shipped to us.



Hearts On Fire offers this refund program for purchases made at heartsonfire.com in the U.S. or Canada.


Please note, any Hearts On Fire items purchased from an independent retail partner cannot be returned directly to Hearts On Fire, and must be returned or exchanged at the retail location where the original transaction was made, in accordance with that store’s policies.
